The dual zippers on the top mesh are a lifesaver at the vet's office — I can reach in and calm my anxious terrier without lifting her out. The shoulder strap feels sturdy even with a 12-pound dog inside, and it fits under the seat like it's supposed to.
Flew with my cat last week and this carrier fit under the seat without a fight from the gate agent. The shoulder strap is actually padded, which made the long walk through the terminal way easier than I expected.
The dual upper mesh zippers make it so easy to reach in and check on my cat without unzipping the whole top. Carried it over my shoulder through a crowded terminal and it stayed comfortable the entire time.
