The LED lights actually flash continuously, which made my cat impossible to lose during our evening walk. Battery switch is easy to reach, though I do wish the on-off button were a little bigger.

Took my cat out on Halloween night in this and the flashing LEDs made him impossible to lose track of in the dark. The on-off switch is tucked right where you can reach it without wrestling the hood off.

The plush cotton outside is genuinely soft, and my dog didn't try to wriggle out of it once. Only thing is the flashing lights run on a battery you have to switch on through a little flap, so I wish that were easier to reach. Still, it looked adorable and kept him warm on our walk.
