The flexible brush head is what sold me — it bends right around my dog's shoulders and legs instead of scratching him. Bath time went from a two-person wrestling match to something I can actually do solo, and he leans into the massaging instead of pulling away.

The soft flexible bristles are gentle enough that my cat actually leans into the brushing instead of bolting. I use it dry on the couch and the loose fur collects way faster than with my old stiff brush. Bathing with it is a bonus I didn't expect to like this much.

My dog used to fight bath time but the soft flexible bristles seem to actually calm him down. It works great for scrubbing him clean and he leans into it like a massage now.
