The plush cotton exterior is genuinely soft, and my cat didn't try to wriggle out of it once. The flashing lights are bright enough to see from across the yard, and the on-off button is easy to reach without taking the whole thing off.
My dog actually tolerates this thing, which says a lot since he hates wearing clothes. The on-off button is easy to reach without undressing him, and the flashing lights got a laugh out of the whole family on our evening walk.
The plush cotton exterior is genuinely soft, and my dog didn't try to wiggle out of it once. The LED lights flash continuously and the on-off button sits right where I can reach it without undressing him. He wore it all evening and seemed perfectly cozy.
