My dog usually fights anything I pull over her head, but this one slid on without a fuss and she settled right down in it. The cotton-acrylic knit feels thick and warm without being scratchy, and it's held up fine after a couple of washes.

The cable knit on this sweater is genuinely thick, not that thin decorative stuff you usually see on dog clothes. My old guy hates getting dressed but the pull-over style slid right on with zero wrestling, and the cotton-acrylic blend doesn't make him itchy like wool did.

The pull-over design makes such a difference — no wrestling with sleeves, it just slides right on my old guy before our morning walk. The cotton-acrylic blend feels soft against his skin and he doesn't fuss with it at all.
